These terms govern use of Chaitonix Scheduler, a service operated by Chaitonix for scheduling and publishing social media content through connected platform accounts.

Acceptable use

You may use the service only for lawful purposes and only in ways that comply with the policies of each connected social platform, including TikTok and other integrated networks. You are responsible for the content you upload, schedule, or publish.

Accounts and access

Access to the live application requires authentication. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your connected accounts and for protecting your own credentials.

Third-party services

Publishing and analytics features depend on third-party APIs and platform availability. Functionality may change if a platform modifies its policies, scopes, or service access.

No unlawful or abusive content

You may not use Chaitonix Scheduler to publish illegal, deceptive, infringing, or abusive material, or to violate any platform terms, developer policies, or intellectual property rights.

Retention, suspension, and deletion

The operator may remove content, suspend access, or disconnect platform integrations when needed to address abuse, legal issues, platform-policy violations, or service security problems. Users may also request deletion of stored service data by contacting the operator.

Service changes

The service may be updated, improved, suspended, or limited as needed for maintenance, security, or platform compliance.
