Information we process

We may process account identifiers, connected social profile metadata, scheduled content, uploaded media, publishing history, platform analytics, and operational logs needed to provide publishing, analytics, security, and support.

How information is used

Data is used to authenticate connected services, schedule and publish requested posts, store assets, troubleshoot integrations, and maintain service security and reliability.

Third-party platforms

When you connect a social account, Chaitonix Scheduler exchanges data with third-party platforms such as TikTok according to the permissions you approve. This may include account identifiers, profile metadata, media, post text, scheduling data, and post-performance information returned by the platform. Connected platform data is used only to support the features requested inside the product.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Data may be shared with service providers and platform APIs only when required to host the service, store content, or complete requested publishing actions.

Retention and deletion

Connected account data, generated content, uploaded media, and platform metadata are retained only as long as needed to operate the service and maintain user-requested posting history. Operational and security logs may be kept for troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and compliance review. Users may disconnect integrations, delete content inside the product, and request deletion of stored account data by contacting the operator.
